1. Who we are Love Motors (lovemotors.uk) is run by Mexus Trading Ltd (company number 09755759, registered in England and Wales). Registered office: Unit 9 The Mead Business Centre, 176-178 Berkhampstead Road, Chesham, Bucks HP5 3EE. Email: mexus.co.uk@gmail.com. In these terms, “we” and “us” means Mexus Trading Ltd, and “you” means anyone using Love Motors.

2. Using Love Motors Love Motors is free to join and use. You must be 18 or over to create an account, buy or sell. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Community rules and Privacy notice.

3. Your account Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account.

4. Adverts Only advertise vehicles you own or are authorised to sell. Adverts must be honest: real photos, the real price, the correct mileage and any known faults or write-off category. Businesses and traders must say they are a trader (your profile shows a Dealer badge) and follow consumer law. We may remove adverts that look misleading, duplicated or fraudulent.

5. Sales between members Love Motors is a place for members to find each other. We do not own, inspect or sell the vehicles listed by members, and we are not part of any sale between members. Any contract is between the buyer and the seller. Please follow our Safety tips: see the vehicle, check the paperwork and never pay a deposit for a vehicle you haven’t seen.

6. What you must not post Nothing illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexual, misleading or spam; nothing that infringes someone else’s rights (including photos you don’t have permission to use); no scams, requests for upfront payments or personal data harvesting. 7. Reporting and complaints You can report any post, comment or member using the flag or Report button. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. If you disagree with a decision we made about your content or account, email us and we will look at it again.

8. Your content You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a free, worldwide licence to show, store, translate and share your posts on Love Motors and to promote them (for example on our social media pages), for as long as they are on the site. You can delete your posts at any time.

9. Advertising Sponsored posts and display adverts are clearly marked. Advertisers are responsible for their own adverts. Links to other sites (such as eBay) may earn us a commission.

10. Our responsibility to you We work to keep Love Motors running and safe, but we provide it free and “as is”. We are not responsible for the vehicles, prices or conduct of members or advertisers, or for losses that we could not reasonably foresee. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspending accounts We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community rules, or that put other members at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time.

12. Changes We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
